SHIPPING

Where do you currently ship to?

af94 currently ships domestically to all 50 states in the U.S.

We are so excited to grow + build an af94 community with all of you. If you reach out, and you haven’t heard from us yet, feel free to reach out via IG DM’s or tag us @af94_

When will my order ship out and arrive?

Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same day. Processing can typically take 1-2 business days. Domestic orders (US) typically arrive within 5-7 business days once fulfilled. Please note that orders placed during high-order velocity periods may experience a delay in the overall processing times.

af94 will do our best to make sure your order is delivered quickly + accurately, but carrier delays outside of our control are possible, and unfortunately are out of our control.

Please keep in mind that weather delays and COVID-19 safety protocols may increase domestic (US) transit time. Our team works quickly and safely to get all orders out + we can’t wait for you to receive ur products!

My tracking isn’t working!

Oh no! Sometimes it takes 1-2 days to populate with our carriers. If it isn't working at all, reach out at help@af94.com and we will get it solved ASAP.

My order has the wrong shipping address.

How long does my product last?

Please check the PAO (period after opening) by looking at the jar icon on the product container for more information.

Is af94 cruelty free?

Absolutely. We love all of Earth's creatures in every form. We do not + will not ever test on animals. We also work to ensure all of our products are vegan :)

Can I sell af94 products on my own site?

We appreciate an entrepreneurial spirit, but all items purchased are for personal use only. Resale or distribution on any platform is not permitted. Orders may be subject to termination if suspected of diversion activities.

Why are the products so tightly wrapped?

Hi! The main reason for our super-secure packaging is to avoid anyone potentially tampering with products — we want to keep the formulas as fresh and hygienic as possible so they’re at their best for you! As always, sustainability is top of mind for us, which is why we’re currently working on a softer, more pliable wrap while continuing to eliminate all unnecessary packaging. stay tuned! x

I got a gift card! How do I redeem it?

Enter your gift card number at checkout, on the right side of your screen. We can’t wait to see what you choose!

How can I use my gift card to shop at af94?

Gift cards work just like store credit. Once entered at checkout, it will automatically be applied to your order. For orders under your balance, the credit will roll over to your next purchase, and for orders over you can pay the remaining balance via any of our payment method options (credit card/ debit card/ PayPal, etc!)
